Terms of Service (June 29, 2026)

These Terms set out the conditions for using JoripSpace, operated by Cosmosfarm Software, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the parties. JoripSpace provides projects, server deployment, databases, storage, MCP, CLI, and API connectivity so that non-specialists can connect AI coding tools to build and deploy web services.

1. Definitions

Service means the JoripSpace website, project management screens, server deployment features, MCP/CLI/API connectivity, community, study groups, and related features.

Member means an individual or business that uses the Service after completing a registration or authentication process provided by the Company.

Project means a unit of web service created by a Member. The project slug is the externally used project identifier; a numeric internal number is used only for JoripSpace administration.

Member Content means code, screens, documents, posts, comments, files, data, settings, prompts, and outputs that a Member enters, uploads, deploys, or creates through the Service.

Connection Token/API Token means an authentication value issued to a Member for MCP, CLI, direct API calls, or connections to external AI coding tools.

2. Effect and Amendment of the Terms

A Member agrees to these Terms by registering, signing in, creating a project, connecting through MCP/CLI/API, or continuing to use the Service.

The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Material changes will be announced in advance through the Service, email, or notices. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

3. Registration and Sign-in

Registration and sign-in use authentication methods provided by the Company. As operationally necessary, the Company may add, change, or discontinue methods such as password sign-in, two-factor authentication, one-time authentication, social sign-in, or external-account connections. Members must accurately provide requested information that they actually use, including their email address, name, and mobile phone number.

Duplicate registration using the same email address or mobile phone number is not allowed. The Company may restrict or delete an account registered using another person's information, a temporary email address, false information, or impersonated information.

Members must securely manage their email accounts, passwords, authentication methods, sessions, and tokens. Members are responsible for problems caused by sharing them with third parties or failing to manage them properly.

4. Scope of the Service

JoripSpace provides project creation, server deployment, server restoration, usage information, owner and member display, MCP/CLI/API connectivity, community, and study-group features.

The Service is a platform for development and operational convenience. It does not guarantee a Member project's commercial viability, revenue, search visibility, feasibility of a particular feature, uninterrupted operation, or approval by any external service.

The Company may change, suspend, or restrict all or part of the Service for operations, security, incident response, feature improvement, cost management, legal compliance, or circumstances affecting external infrastructure.

5. Project Creation, Deployment, and Restoration

Members may choose their project names. However, they may not use JoripSpace or Company names, reserved operational terms, words that may be mistaken for sign-in, payment, security, or customer-support functions, third-party brands, or words suggesting an illegal or harmful purpose.

Project deployment publishes web-server code and configuration to a live address. Before deployment, Members must check the code, files, text, images, external API keys, and any personal information they provide.

Server restoration returns web-server code to a previously successful version. It does not restore database data or storage files. Restoring databases or storage may require a separate backup feature or request process.

If a Member deletes a project or closes an account, the project's operational data, web server, database, storage, and connection information are deleted and cannot be recovered. A minimal project-identity snapshot and usage totals needed for payment, settlement, or dispute handling may be retained separately.

6. MCP, CLI, and API Tokens

Members may use MCP, CLI, and API tokens to manage projects with AI coding tools. API tokens are managed per account, not per project.

Browser sign-in cookies and MCP/CLI/API tokens are separate authentication methods. Members must protect tokens like passwords and must not expose them in public repositories, chat rooms, screen shares, logs, or client-side code.

Members are responsible when a token leak, malfunction of an external tool, or work performed by an agent they authorized changes, deploys, or deletes a project or incurs costs. The Company may revoke tokens or require their reissue when necessary for security.

7. Member Content and Rights

Rights in Member Content generally remain with the Member. The Member authorizes the Company to process Member Content as necessary to provide, store, deploy, and back up the Service; perform security checks and incident response; provide customer support; and comply with law.

Members must hold all rights and authority required for content they enter or deploy. They must not upload or deploy content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, trade secrets, portrait rights, or reputation.

The Company has no obligation to review Member Content in advance. It may restrict access to content, stop a deployment, suspend a project, or restrict an account when it receives a report or suspects a legal violation, security risk, or threat to Service stability.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Members must not engage in any of the following:

  • Creating or deploying services for phishing, smishing, spam, malware, ransomware, vulnerability attacks, illegal automation, or account theft
  • Impersonating another person, a public authority, financial institution, payment provider, cloud provider, or JoripSpace
  • Operating services involving illegal gambling, adult content, drugs, weapons, hate, violence, encouragement of self-harm, illegal trade in personal information, or copyright infringement
  • Harming Service stability through excessive traffic, abnormal requests, crawling, mining, access circumvention, or bypassing security controls
  • Circumventing fees, payments, project-count or account restrictions, authentication procedures, or conditions displayed in the Service
  • Selling, renting, sharing, or publicly disclosing tokens, sessions, cookies, or API keys to third parties
  • Posting advertisements, abusive language, false information, defamation, exposed personal information, or repetitive content in the community or study groups

9. Fees, Service Conditions, and Payment

Fees, free or trial availability, credits, promotions, discounts, beta features, included allowances, periods, eligibility, end dates, and billing criteria are governed by the conditions shown in the Service, at checkout, on the project-creation screen, by email, in notices, or otherwise communicated individually by the Company. The Company may change or discontinue such conditions to the extent permitted by law. A free or trial offering neither guarantees continued availability nor grants a permanent right to a Member.

If a Member uses paid features or separately enables unlimited pay-as-you-go usage, charges may be made to the registered credit card or payment method. By default, exceeding a plan allowance restricts the applicable feature without an additional charge. Before using paid features or registering a payment method, the Member must review and agree to the payment conditions displayed in the Service.

The Company may restrict project creation, deployment, access, token use, or data processing following a failed payment, payment-method error, abnormal usage, or overdue amount.

A Member may request withdrawal from a purchase or a refund to the extent provided by applicable law. Because JoripSpace provides on-demand server deployment, databases, storage, external infrastructure, and usage-based digital services, the following amounts may be non-refundable or deducted from a refund:

  • The portion already provided when project creation, server deployment or restoration, database or storage creation, domain connection, external API integration, or another service has begun at the Member's request
  • Requests, storage, traffic, builds, deployments, token calls, MCP/CLI/API usage actually consumed by the Member, and the corresponding external-infrastructure costs
  • Payment-processing and transfer fees, SMS, email and AlimTalk delivery fees, AI-support and external-API call charges, and other costs already incurred by the Company or difficult to recover
  • Costs caused by a change of mind, project deletion, account closure, token leakage, configuration errors, dissatisfaction with agent output, rejection by an external-service review, or problems in code or content supplied by the Member
  • Costs for services already provided after exceeding an announced scope, valid charges incurred after agreeing to automatic payment, settlement of overdue amounts, or restrictions caused by a breach of these Terms or an illegal or harmful project

If the Service was not properly provided due to a cause attributable to the Company and the Member suffered substantial harm, the Company may determine a reasonable refund or service credit after reviewing applicable law, payment history, actual usage, and external costs. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method; if that is not possible under the payment method's or processor's policy, the Company may use another method it specifies.

10. External Services and Infrastructure

The Service may integrate with cloud infrastructure such as Cloudflare, email-delivery services, payment processors, SMS, AlimTalk, AI support, and external APIs. Outages, policy changes, review rejections, price changes, or API limits at external services may affect JoripSpace.

When connecting an external-service account, API key, payment information, domain, or content, Members must comply with that service's terms and policies.

11. Restrictions and Termination

A Member may sign out or request account closure from the profile page at any time. Upon closure, personal information such as the Member's name, mobile phone number, and email address, along with projects owned by the Member, will be deleted and cannot be recovered. Information that must be retained by law may be stored separately for the required period.

The Company may restrict or terminate an account or project without prior notice when it confirms a breach of these Terms or law, a security risk, non-payment, infringement of third-party rights, harm to Service stability, registration using false information, impersonation, or deployment of illegal content.

12. Limitation of Liability

Unless caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for Member Content, loss of business or revenue, loss of data, outages of external services, a Member's failure to protect tokens, agent output, or disputes arising from a service deployed by a Member.

Even when the Company is liable, compensation is limited to direct and ordinary damages to the extent permitted by law. The Company is not liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of expected profits, business opportunities, or reputation; compensation owed by a Member to its customers; or damages arising from third-party claims.

Where monetary compensation is required, the Company's total liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the lower of: (1) the amount actually paid by the Member for the period in which the Service outage or error causing the loss actually affected the Service; or (2) the amount actually paid by the Member for the Service during the one month immediately preceding the loss. Taxes, payment-processing fees, external-infrastructure costs, SMS, email and AlimTalk delivery fees, AI and external-API call fees, and other costs already incurred by the Company or difficult to recover may be excluded from the calculation.

Loss arising within a free, trial, promotional, beta, credit-funded, or otherwise complimentary offering is excluded from compensation to the extent permitted by law. If the Member paid the Company nothing for the Service that caused the loss, the Company has no monetary compensation liability to the extent permitted by law.

Following a Service outage, the Company may choose service credits, an extension of the service period, a fee reduction, or a refund after considering the nature and duration of the outage, the Member's actual and paid use, and any external-infrastructure outage. To the extent permitted by law, this is the Member's sole and exclusive remedy.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Company and Member will attempt in good faith to resolve disputes relating to the Service. If they cannot reach agreement, the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act will be the court of first instance.
